Ellen MacArthur Foundation and Sustainable Food Trust have been awarded £1.25 Million by Postcode Dream Trust for the Big Food Redesign Challenge.
This project will deliver nature-positive food on supermarket shelves within two years.
A high-profile demonstration to reshape how food is designed, grown and marketed, the project will act as a catalyst to mainstream nature-positive food as a new source of competitive advantage and as a scalable solution to climate change and biodiversity loss.
